ROW

Rowing is a low-impact, high-intensity cardio workout that works the entire body. Our Row classes are beginner-friendly with a focus on proper form including the catch, drive, and finish. We understand that 45 minutes on a rowing machine can be intimidating, but don’t worry, our Row classes are broken up with movements off the machine.

Our Rhythmic Row classes embrace a sense of unity, as we move together to the music. These classes revolve around the beats, amplifying our strength and endurance on the rower (erg). With an emphasis on proper form, we integrate unique choreography, different rowing speeds, and even resistance band exercises off of the erg to deliver a fun, full-body workout.

TRAIN + ROW

Train + Row is a high-intensity style class that incorporates a mix of cardio and strength movements in which we will alternate on and off the rower throughout the class. Classes will consist of a 5-10 minute warm-up, followed by various working pieces that could include EMOMs (Every Minute on the Minute), AMRAPs (As Many Reps or Rounds As Possible), Circuits, and Interval training. All classes will conclude with a cool down/stretch.
