Think foundational, compound moves paired with complementary exercises for a well-rounded experience.
You will be led through a program designed with purpose to strengthen your muscles – expect varying intensities like slow negatives, drop sets, and partial reps.
Train without any equipment or grab some gear (we provide kettlebells, dumbbells, and resistance bands) to level up on your strength-training.

FULL
Train Full includes functional, compound moves such as squats, shoulder presses, kettlebell swings, and more to challenge and empower you from head to toe. Complementary movements may include bicep curls, glute bridges, and core exercises to ensure a balanced and versatile experience.

UPPER
Train Upper focuses on the upper half of your body – think planks, pushups, bent-over rows and overhead presses. You can expect complementary movements such as lateral raises, tricep extensions, and a core finisher to hone in on your upper body strength and resilience.

LOWER
Train Lower targets some of the biggest muscles in your body – the quads, glutes, hamstrings, and more. Expect fundamental movements such as squats, lunges, and deadlifts. Complementary exercises may include glute bridges, monster walks, and calf raises along with a core focus for the ultimate lower body push.
CIRCUIT TRAIN
Circuit Train is a station-based, full-body strength and conditioning class designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence in your movement.
Each class is structured around timed intervals, moving through a series of stations that challenge the full body. Programming is progressive and grounded in movement quality, so you can train with intention and feel supported as you build.
You’ll move through each station alongside the group, creating a supportive, high-energy environment while still working at your own pace.
Expect a mix of dumbbells, cables, barbells, and conditioning movement, and a final finisher to bring it all together.

RHYTHMIC TRAIN
In Rhythmic Train, music is the driving force behind your movement.
Squat, lift, curl, and crunch to the rhythm as you build on your strength to the tempo.
These classes are low-impact and involve minimal jumping.
You can expect to go body weight, or grab some equipment (we provide kettlebells, dumbbells, and resistance bands) to enhance your strength-training experience.
TRAIN + ROW
Train + Row is a high-intensity session that incorporates a mix of strength moves on the mat and bursts of cardio on the row machine.
Expect to lift, sweat, and feel your heart rate pick up as you alternate between rowing and weight-training.
You will be guided through full-body moves that build on your strength and endurance from the ground up, so you finish strong and more electrified than ever.
