RECOVERY

After exercising, you may experience inflammation and the body's fascia loses its pliability. You may become tight, feel restricted and build tension throughout the whole body. Myofascial work will help break down the fascia and allow you to move more fluidly.

In our Recovery classes, the instructor will guide you through myofascial release techniques and stretching to keep your muscles flexible, strong, and healthy. Recovery classes can improve your performance in physical activities, decrease your risk of injuries, help your joints move through their full range of motion, increase muscle blood flow, enable your muscles to work most effectively and improve your ability to do daily activities.

TRAIN + RECOVERY

Train and Recovery classes consist of half a Train class, and half a Recovery class. Typically, the class starts with Train, and ends with Recovery. These classes are the perfect mix of compound strength training followed by myofascial release techniques and stretching to keep your muscles flexible, strong, and healthy.
