Respect

We kindly ask that you respect our crew, community, space, and policies. Feedback is valued, welcomed, and considered. We ask that feedback is provided respectfully via email or directly to the VERSŌ crew.

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class (15 minutes for new members)

  • Doors close when class starts. Once doors close, there will be no entry to the class

  • Watches should be on theatre mode or light up features turned off

  • Cell phones should not enter the studio room. In special circumstances (i.e., the use of a pager for work) simply notify us

WAITLIST POLICY

If you want to attend a full class you can add yourself to the waitlist. How does the waitlist work? Once you are added to the waitlist, you will be automatically added to class—up to 2 hours before class—as a space becomes available.

Please note, you must have an available credit on your account to get added to a waitlist. This credit is redeemed at the time you are booked.

If you are unable to attend a class, we respectfully ask you remove yourself from the waitlist. This will ensure other members who can attend can get in.

Wait! How about the waitlist for early morning classes? All classes follow the above waitlist policy. That means you either need to commit to waking up in hopes of getting into class or remove yourself from the waitlist.

CLASS Cancellation Policy

If you cannot make a class in which you are booked, please remember to cancel your space. If you cancel within the 8 hours leading up to a scheduled class, you will be charged a late cancellation fee (see below).

LATE Cancellation CHARGE (package)

If you are late cancelling your class, you will be automatically charged $15+hst.

NO SHOW CHARGE (package)

If you do not show up for your class, you will be automatically charged $20+hst.

LATE Cancellation CHARGE and NO SHOW (passes)

If you late cancel or do not show up for your class, you will automatically lose your pass. You will not be charged a fee.

*We are reasonable people and will make an effort to accommodate on a case-by-case basis; however, we ask you to respect our cancellation policy so we can ensure other community members have the opportunity to book classes. If you have to late cancel or no-show a class with a valid reason, please email management@studioverso.ca.

BOOKING WINDOW POLICY

We do not offer priority booking. Our booking window opens every Monday at 1:00 PM for the following week.

For example, if booking were to open on Monday, September 13 at 1:00 PM, you would be booking classes for the week of September 20 to September 26.

WALK-IN POLICY

Walk-ins are always welcome (sometimes you can get lucky!); however, to ensure you have a place in class it is best practice to book your spot in advance.

PACKAGE CANCELLATION POLICY

All recurring packages require a minimum of 30 days written notice. To submit your cancellation request please fill out the form here.

  • Cancellation of a 3-month package before your fulfillment date will result in a charge for the next month.

  • Cancellation of a 6-month package before your fulfillment date will result in a charge of half your commitment (note, if you've fulfilled 3 months or more, you just have to pay for an additional month).

  • Cancellation of a 12-month package before your fulfillment date will result in a charge of half your commitment (note, if you’ve fulfilled 6 months or more, you just have to pay for an additional month).

PACKAGE HOLD POLICY

Packages can be held for a minimum of 14 days. To submit your hold request please fill out the form here. Your card on file will be charged a $10 fee to hold. The maximum hold for any package is 3 months. If you have any questions please reach out to management@studioverso.ca.

FOOTWEAR

For safety reasons, we require all members to wear sneakers in our row and train classes. If you do not have sneakers, you will not be permitted to attend class.

There will be a mandatory 0.50 cent shoe rental fee for all members attending spin classes without personal shoes. This will be charged to your account at the check-in desk with our FŌH staff.

Members using their first class pass, or who are on a 2-week unlimited membership will not be charged the fee.

LOST AND FOUND

All unclaimed lost and found items will be donated after 30 days. If you have lost an item please check with our FŌH staff or email info@studioverso.ca to inquire.
