SPIN PROGRAM - INVICTUS ACTIVE TRAINER
Introducing Atlantic Canada’s first Invictus Active Trainer—a wheelchair treadmill which is available for both our rhythmic and metric spin programs. The trainer works to condition and improve shoulder strength while enhancing the pushing technique. The Invictus Active Trainer has two ramps, allowing the user access to roll a day chair directly onto the machine.

ROW PROGRAM - SKIERG
Our Concept 2 SkiErg is available for both our rhythmic and metric row programs (including Row N’ Yin). The SkiErg enhances cardiovascular endurance while building strength by working muscles mainly in your core, back, and shoulders. Our SkiErg has a flat base which allows for a custom set-up for each individual. You can use this machine while standing, or while using a chair, wheelchair, mobility scooter, or kneeling aid.
