FIRST VISIT

  • No, not at all. Don't forget, we all start somewhere. All of our classes are designed to be scalable, depending on each individual's comfort and desired level of intensity. Our instructors are trained to provide options throughout the class.

Above all, we encourage you to listen to your body, so that you can scale the class in a way that feels right for you.

We also offer a free Learn to Orientation designed to introduce you to our space and programs.

  • We recommend starting with one of our FREE learn-to workshops. View our schedule for the next workshop.

    Recommendations for your first class:

SPIN - start with HIIT, power, endurance, or rhythmic strong.

ROW - start with HIIT row or rhythmic row.

YOGA - start with flow or row and yin.

TRAIN - start with train or rhythmic train (just let the instructor know you’re new and they will help you select weights).

RECOVERY - all these classes are great (especially when you’re starting out and may have some muscle soreness).

  • Our crew wants you to feel prepared and comfortable, so we’ve gone ahead and made a checklist for your first visit:

    (1) Water bottle (we have a water-filling station)

    (2) Lock (all personal items can be kept in a locker during class)

    (3) Footwear (please review our below FAQ on footwear for each class)

  • SPIN - Our pedals are compatible with 3-bolt SPD-SL cleats.

ROW - Bring your own sneakers. We recommend a sneaker with a firm back and flat bottom.

TRAIN - Bring your own sneakers. We recommend a sneaker with a flat bottom. Please note that you will not be permitted to attend a class without sneakers for safety reasons.

YOGA & RECOVERY - You can go barefoot or wear socks, depending on your preference.

  • Clothing that is breathable, light, and most importantly comfortable. (TIP: dress in layers, which you can peel back once you start breaking a sweat).

Psst, we also sell Lululemon gear in studio if you're looking for a new workout outfit!
