YOUR FIRST VISIT
-
Yes! We love welcoming new faces into the VERSŌ community. Here are two great ways to get started:
Your first class is free. It’s the perfect low-pressure way to try a class, meet the team, and get a feel for the space. Just create an account and [click here] to add your free pass.
Two-Week Intro Offer: This one-time package gives you two weeks of unlimited classes — a great way to explore all of our programs, try different instructors, and see what feels right for you. The two-week window begins from the date of your first booked class.
-
Not at all — we all start somewhere. Every class at Studio VERSŌ is designed to be scalable based on your comfort level and desired intensity. Our instructors offer options throughout class, so you’ll always feel supported no matter your experience. Most importantly, we encourage you to listen to your body and move in a way that feels right for you.
-
We recommend starting with one of our free Learn-To Orientations — a welcoming, no-pressure way to explore the space, get familiar with the equipment, and ask any questions you might have. These workshops are typically offered on the first Sunday of each month. Don’t see one listed? Contact us to arrange one-on-one support.
-
Here’s a quick checklist:
Water bottle (we have a refill station on site)
Lock (lockers are available for personal items)
Appropriate footwear (see below for details by class)
We’ve got the rest covered: towels, yoga mats, and any equipment you'll need are provided.
-
Here’s a breakdown by class:
Spin – Our pedals are compatible with 3-bolt SPD-SL cleats. Don’t have spin shoes? No problem — your first class and 2-week unlimited package include free shoe rentals. After that, rentals are just 50 cents per class.
Row – Bring your own sneakers. We recommend a shoe with a firm back and flat bottom for proper support.
Train – Sneakers are required. Look for a pair with a flat bottom for stability during strength and circuit work.
Pilates, Barre, Yoga + Recovery – You can go barefoot or wear socks. Grip socks are recommended for added traction and support — and we’ve got them available for purchase in studio.
Please note: For safety reasons, you won’t be permitted to attend Train or Row classes without sneakers.
-
Wear something breathable, light, and — most importantly — comfortable. We recommend dressing in layers so you can peel one off once you start to sweat.
Psst... if you’re looking to refresh your workout wardrobe, check out VERSŌ Staple — our go-to gear designed to move with you. Available in-studio or online.
-
Please consult your physician or medical professional before attending. Once cleared, let your instructor know and they’ll offer modifications as needed.
-
Always consult your physician first. Once cleared, we’re happy to support you with any movement or equipment modifications — just contact us.
P.S. Once your little one arrives, check out our Baby + Me classes!
our studios
-
Class passes can be used at either location. Unlimited memberships are studio-specific unless you choose the All Access Unlimited, which includes both locations.
-
While both studios share the same core values and welcoming atmosphere, each location has a distinct focus and layout:
O’Leary is home to our original space and places a strong emphasis on Train and Row programming.
Glenhill offers a curated schedule with more Pilates and Barre classes, and also features a third studio room that will be announced very soon!
Both locations have a Spin room, and you’ll also find Yoga and Recovery available at both.
To explore each space in detail — including class schedules, facility features, and program availability — visit our studios page.
-
Not quite. While you’ll see familiar formats and class types across both locations, the program focus, schedule, and instructors vary. We recommend checking each studio’s schedule to find the classes, times, and instructors that work best for you.
-
Nope! One account gives you full access to both studios, and booking is simple through our website or app — regardless of which location you plan to attend.
