YOUR FIRST VISIT

  • Yes! We love welcoming new faces into the VERSŌ community. Here are two great ways to get started:

    • Your first class is free at both locations! It’s the perfect low-pressure way to try a class, meet the team, and get a feel for the space. Just create an account and add your free class pass here.

    • Two-Week Intro Offer: This one-time package gives you two weeks of unlimited classes — a great way to explore all of our programs, try different instructors, and see what feels right for you. The two-week window begins from the date of your first booked class.

  • Not at all — we all start somewhere. Every class at Studio VERSŌ is designed to be scalable based on your comfort level and desired intensity. Our instructors offer options throughout class, so you’ll always feel supported no matter your experience. Most importantly, we encourage you to listen to your body and move in a way that feels right for you.

  • We offer Beginner classes periodically – if you do not see one on the schedule, reach out for a more personalized recommendation! All instructors have been trained to make their classes scalable, and to create a welcome, no-pressure environment to explore movement and get familiar with the equipment.

  • Here’s a quick checklist:

    • Water bottle (we have a refill station on site)

    • Lock (lockers are available for personal items)

    • Appropriate footwear (see below for details by class)

We’ve got the rest covered: towels, yoga mats, and any equipment you'll need are provided.

  • Here’s a breakdown by class:

    • Spin – Our pedals are compatible with 3-bolt SPD-SL cleats. Don’t have spin shoes? No problem — your first class and 2-week unlimited package include free shoe rentals. Rentals are just 50 cents per class from then on.

    • Row – Bring your own sneakers. We recommend a shoe with a firm back and flat bottom for proper support.

    • Train – Sneakers are required. Look for a pair with a flat bottom for stability during strength and circuit work.

    • Pilates, Barre, Yoga + Recovery – You can go barefoot or wear socks. Grip socks are recommended for added traction and support – we’ve got them available for purchase in the studio.

Please note: For safety reasons, you won’t be permitted to attend Train or Row classes without sneakers.

  • Wear something breathable, light, most importantly, comfortable.

Psst... if you’re looking to refresh your workout wardrobe, check out our VERSŌ merch — our go-to gear designed to move with you. Available in-studio or online.

  • Please consult your physician or medical professional before attending. Once cleared, let your instructor know and they’ll offer modifications as needed.

  • Always consult your physician first. Once cleared, we’re happy to support you with any movement or equipment modifications.

P.S. Once your little one arrives, check out our Baby + Me classes!

  • We have gender-neutral, floor-to-ceiling bathrooms equipped with personal care items, towels, hair dryers, and other accessories you may need before and after your class.

our studios

  • Class passes can be used at either location. Unlimited memberships are studio-specific unless you choose the All Access Unlimited, which includes both locations.

  • While both studios share the same core values and welcoming atmosphere, each location has a distinct focus and layout:

    • O’Leary is home to our original space and places a strong emphasis on Train and Row programming.

    • Glenhill offers a curated schedule with a focus on Pilates and Barre. We also have a Personal Training room for individualized support with our certified trainers, or if you’re looking for Circuit Training that is interval and station-based.

    • Both locations have a Spin room, and you’ll also find Yoga, Recovery, and Pilates available at both.

    To put it simply:

O’Leary – Spin, Yoga, Recovery, Pilates, Train, Row

Glenhill – Spin, Yoga, Recovery, Pilates, Barre, Personal Training

To explore each space in detail — including class schedules, facility features, and program availability — visit our studios page.

  • Not quite. While you’ll see familiar formats and class types across both locations, the program focus, schedule, and instructors vary. We recommend checking each studio’s schedule to find the classes, times, and instructors that work best for you.

  • Nope! One account gives you full access to both studios, and booking is simple through our website or app — regardless of which location you plan to attend.

    • Grab a refreshing smoothie at The Blend Bar at our Glenhill location, open daily during morning and afternoon hours (i.e., Mondays 6:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.).

    • Both locations offer complimentary coffee in the morning and we have Alani Nu, Gatorade, Flow, Cove, and Poppi for purchase.

PROGRAMS + CLASSES

    • Yoga: Breath-led movement to ground, stretch, and restore.

    • Barre: Small, intentional movements that strengthen and lengthen.

    • Pilates: Core-focused mat classes rooted in control, breath, and precision.

    • Recovery: A blend of stretch and myofascial release to ease tension and support recovery.

Baby + Me: Offered across a variety of program types, these classes are designed for caregivers and babies to move together in a supportive, community-oriented space.

Personal Training: Small group Personal Training sessions with our certified trainers.

VERSŌ Gives: Classes with proceeds dedicated to charitable causes – a VERSŌ Gives pass is needed for purchase to book into these classes.

Class availability may vary by location. For full program details, visit each programs’ page.

MEMBERSHIPS + PASSES

BOOKING + ATTENDANCE

  • Book through our website or download the Studio VERSŌ app for convenient booking on the go.

  • Booking opens every Monday at 1:00 PM for the following week.

  • Yes — we have an 8-hour cancellation window. Cancellations made less than 8 hours before class incur a fee. If you booked in using class passes, you will lose a credit.

  • If you’re on a membership, a no-show fee will be charged to the card on file. If you’re using a class pass, your credit will be deducted. We always recommend cancelling in advance when possible!

  • If a class is full, join the waitlist. You’ll be automatically added if a spot opens up to 2 hours before class. If a spot becomes available less than 2 hours before class begins, you will need to remove yourself from the waitlist and add yourself into the class.

Can't make it? Remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid fees.

  • For safety and flow, late entry is not permitted. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to get settled.

If you are a new member, please arrive 15 minutes early so we can give you a tour of the space and get you set up for your class.

  • If the class is full, try walking in just as the doors are closing to grab a spot in case someone doesn't show up.

  • Yes! Both locations have accessible parking, washrooms, and showers.

  • Invictus Active Trainer is a wheelchair treadmill — which has two ramps, allowing the user direct access to roll a day chair onto the machine.

Concept 2 SkiErg is an erg with a flat base, which can be used while standing, or while using a chair, wheelchair, mobility scooter, or kneeling aid.
