Meet Our Coaches

  • I hold a Bachelor of Recreation, I am an NCCP Level 2 Train to Train Coach, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Spin Instructor (2 years Experience), Train Instructor (2 years experience), Train & Row Coach (~1 year experience). Not as relevant but worth noting I am a former Varsity Athlete at Memorial University, I competed Nationally for Team Newfoundland for 4 years and coached basketball for 10 years before becoming a mom. 

  • My approach as a trainer is to help people reframe their ideation of working out, to encourage people to find fun in movement rather than seeing it as a chore. I hope to shift the mindset of working out to lose weight, to instead to seek overall wellness through movement. More specifically I hope to work with Pre and Postpartum women who are looking for a way to return to movement in a safe and welcoming environment.

OUR APPROACH

we focus on movement for joy, confidence, and community. Our goal is to help you feel strong and capable… but we do not provide any sort of nutrition coaching. We ask that for you to get the most benefits out of our coaching, that you practice the same anti-diet culture approach to movement, while training in our space.     Once you’ve covered the material here, you’re ready to complete the intake form. You will hear from us in 1-2 business days. We will connect you with your PT to schedule your consultation.

    Review application + PAR-Q+

    Movement screen (basic mobility + strength test)

    Goal-setting conversation

    Discuss packages + scheduling

  • Next steps

    Our focus isn’t to push sales, it’s to set you up for success. A follow-up form will be sent to determine whether you’ve gone ahead and bought session and booked in with your trainer, whether you want to purchase sessions, and if you’re happy with the consult.

ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS

Prices and purpose. You cannot purchase through our website, the first step is the intake form. We include our pricing on the outset for transparency. Can bring a friend to your session (as long as room is not at max capacity) for $30 a session.

  • Price: $110
    Purpose: Experience a complete one-on-one workout with no ongoing commitment. A great way to meet a trainer and understand how they can help you achieve your goals.

  • Price: $400 total ($100 per session)
    Purpose: Jump-start your routine. Your trainer will design a customized four-week program tailored to your short-term goals.

    Example Schedule: 1 session per week for 1 month

  • Price: $1,080 total ($90 per session)
    Purpose: Build consistent habits. Over three months, your trainer will create a progressive program with varied training cycles and rep ranges to deliver measurable results.

    Example Schedule: 1 session per week for 3 months

THREE SESSION INTRODUCTION TO TRAIN

Price: $250 total ($75 per session)
Purpose: Build confidence and learn the fundamental movement patterns. Ideal for preparing to join Train classes (link to Train) or for training safely on your own. A perfect introduction to personal training to explore your limits and clarify your fitness goals.

We use this form to get to know you a little better, so we can set you up with a consultation that we think best suits you based on your goals, their specialty, and your shared availability.
