VERSŌ GIVES

Studio VERSŌ’s commitment to building and maintaining a happier, healthier, and more connected community starts from within but extends far beyond our studio walls. In an effort to support individuals and organizations in achieving their mission statement and/or fundraising goals, we created VERSŌ Gives. 

VERSŌ Gives is a comprehensive initiative that incorporates volunteer opportunities for both our community and crew, and classes with proceeds dedicated to charitable causes. Annually, Studio VERSŌ selects three organizations to focus on supporting in order to make a greater impact. 

In 2024, our focus is supporting the Naomi Centre (through Stella’s Circle), Easter Seals, and CNIB.

  • Naomi Centre

    The Naomi Centre is a vital facility in Newfoundland and Labrador. It is the only emergency shelter for young women in the province and offers safe and supportive temporary housing for women aged 16-30 within a harm reduction model.

  • Easter Seals

    Easter Seals is a charitable organization that has operated to bring light to members of this province who live day-to-day with disabilities such as physical, sensory, cognitive, and others. Their objective is to tear down barriers and build an accessible and inclusive province.

    The CNIB Foundation is a non-profit organization driven to change what it is to be blind today. They deliver innovative programs and powerful advocacy that empower people impacted by blindness to live their dreams and tear down barriers to inclusion.
