Ebony’s relationship with movement began with competitive cheerleading and has continued to progress through years of leadership and personal growth. She’s always looking for something new to discover and ways to evolve – both in and out of studio.

In class, Ebony is known for her enthusiastic energy and being a ray of sunshine. Whether she's coaching Spin, Row, or Train, she believes that growth often happens on the other side of a challenge. Members can expect invigorating programming with plenty of options, so you can find what works best for you and your body.

Outside of the sweat life, Ebony finds joy in good books, creating content, and kissing as many cats as she can find.
