Vibe: Rewarding

Music: Classic Rock, Country, Rap, Pop, EDM

Evan’s background in movement is rooted in athleticism and competitive sports.

With more than 16 years of competitive gymnastics at the national level, followed by varsity track and field, it has always been about a good challenge that builds on her confidence and community connection. Today, movement shows up in her life through strength-training, hiking, rucking, and a little bit of Pilates sprinkled in for good measure.

Evan enjoys challenging others to push past their comfort zones, while building a safe, supportive environment where they can succeed on their own terms. She takes pride in leading a room with grounded energy, professionalism, and purpose.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Co-op) and an FS1 Certification through the Canadian Armed Forces. She's worked in rehabilitation settings and trained individuals across a wide range of ages and abilities, and her experience supporting military members – including an overseas deployment – has shaped her adaptability as a coach.

When she's not coaching or hitting PRs of her own, she's cherishing her slow mornings, going on long walks with friends (human or canine, take your pick), and getting cozy at the cabin with family.

“Evan’s energy is fantastic! Her detailed explanation of each exercise made me feel safe in every movement. Her style, while in line with the VERSŌ culture, is fresh and exciting. An awesome new addition to the studio!”
