    Fulya is a certified Pilates instructor with a lifelong foundation in movement, shaped by her experience in gymnastics, dance, swimming, and athletics. She began her Pilates journey in 2009, inspired by a passion for spinal health and functional, intentional movement. With training through Balanced Body University and a degree in Physical Education Teaching, she blends academic knowledge with extensive hands-on experience.

    Her Pilates classes emphasize precision, alignment, flow, and strong postural awareness — creating a program that supports strength, mobility, and mindful technique. Fulya’s hands-on approach helps clients build confidence in their bodies and develop sustainable movement patterns that extend beyond the mat.

  • Fulya gravitates toward atmospheric, uplifting tracks with an ODESZA-inspired feel — think steady, grounded beats layered with warm, melodic energy. Her music choices create a calm yet motivating backdrop that supports flow, focus, and intentional movement throughout class.

Omg. Fulya is the best Pilates instructor I’ve had! Such simple but effective movements. The corrections throughout class really help too!! You can tell she is very, very experienced and really knows Pilates. Her confidence helps convey that as well! Hopefully, I can get into more of her classes in the future!
