Dance and gymnastics were always Meghan's main passions growing up.

These days, you'll find her enjoying a class at the studio, going on walks with her dog Sir Sam, and staying active with friends.

Move with Meghan at the barre and you’ll note a welcoming atmosphere, a supportive energy, and a playlist that gets you hyped up. She encourages members to listen to their body and take whatever they may need in whatever season they are currently in.

Meghan has completed Grades 1 through Intermediate of her Cecchetti ballet exams and has assisted dance classes in the past. She is a lover of all things cats and is a big travel enthusiast.
