In Rhythmic Spin class, don’t expect a significant amount of choreography. Instead, expect long climbs and power jogs that offer a challenge for everyone.

In Jen’s classes, you’ll hear lots of heavy beat drops, and dark electro with softer tracks in between. Some common artists include Odesza, RÜFÜS DU SOL, Drezo, and SIERRA.
