Marge Bourdeau

(she/her)

Spin

Vibe: Unhinged

Music: Pop, Throwbacks, Hip Hop, EDM

Before Spin was life, Marge began her movement journey as a dancer and a soccer fanatic. She trained five to seven times a week, competed at Nationals, and lived with a ball at her feet for years. After an injury ended that chapter, she found the spin community, and it gave her that same sense of challenge, community, and purpose.

Marge’s classes emphasize quality and intentional programming – every song, transition, and cue is deliberate. She lives by the motto that movement doesn’t have to be serious to be effective. Expect high energy, a challenging ride, and questionable jokes – humour is her signature coaching style and making people laugh is a side hobby.

Beyond teaching, Marge is the Rhythmic Spin Program Lead at VERSŌ, supporting instructor development and programming, and she owns a rider and instructor development business of her own. These days, movement is still her reset button: Hyrox training, strength-training, and time outdoors.

“10/10 – NO NOTES! GREAT WAY TO START THE DAY. I’LL MAKE SURE TO VISIT EVERY TIME I’M IN ST. JOHN’S!”
