Mel’s Rhythmic Spin classes are uplifting and offer plenty of options. With a focus on motivating members of all levels, Mel’s goals include adding tension in heavy climbs while finding balance with creative choreography. She also loves a spicy weight track!
Off the bike, strength-training with Mel focuses on time under tension and promoting proper form. The goal is to leave feeling empowered and confident after every session. Mel absolutely adores baking (sourdough, cinnamon buns, cookies – whatever goes), curling up with a good book, and spending time outdoors, all while completing her MD at MUN.
