what is ō fest?
Join us for Ō FEST — a Studio VERSŌ movement festival in support of Easter Seals NL.
We’re coming together for a high-energy spin experience that celebrates movement, community, and collective impact. Our goal? Ride 100,000 kilometres — one for every person with a disability living in Newfoundland and Labrador.
Expect a day filled with movement and recovery: spin, music, and local eats — all in support of over twenty essential programs and services that champion accessibility and inclusion across the province.
Our vision is for a community where all people with disabilities live full, healthy and active lives. Our mission is to engage, inspire, and maximize opportunities for people with disabilities of all ages by providing meaningful programs and services.

Spin shoes will be available (please bring your own if you have them).
We will have limited towels on site - please bring your own if you have one.
Don’t forget sunscreen and a water bottle!

No! Tickets can be purchased with, or without a membership (or if your membership is currently frozen).
Just be sure you have an account with us by visiting studioverso.ca.
P.S. If you are a VERSŌ unlimited membership holder, you’ll receive $25.00 off the ticket price.

There are public, accessible bathrooms available on-site.

There will be a hydration station provided by Cira Nutrition.
Water will also be provided in each goodie bag.

All classes will be 45 minutes long.

At the moment, each guest can book one Spin class due to limited ticket availability. If spots remain closer to the event, we’ll open up the option to purchase a second class at a discounted rate.

No, think of Ō FEST as any festival! Bring a picnic blanket or lawn chair and hang out for as long as you want!

If it rains, Ō FEST will be hosted in the indoor gym at the Easter Seals NL building.
