Jen focuses on building classes upon a framework of intentional movement to create an experience that will leave you feeling linspired. In Rhythmic Spin, don’t expect a significant amount of choreography. Instead, think long climbs and power jogs that offer a challenge for everyone.
Her Pilates sessions blend power and mindfulness with movement that promotes full-body strength, effective core engagement, and alignment.
The goal: leave Jen’s classes feeling confident and fulfilled.
Outside of the studio, Jen is a full-time medical student with a passion for surgery and research. In her downtime, she loves to spend time with her Ragdoll cat Mose, watch the Food Network (Guy Fieri’s #1 fan!), and challenge herself to a game of Scrabble.
